I plan on going.. My fella said he MIGHT go.. Kesner Karaoke will be at the VFW , Kernstown across from the DMV, turn at the Auto Supply.. 2 P< - 6 or 7 PM. Usually a good crowd. Sometimes real musicians stop by when the stay over from a dance the night before. Also a few local musicians.

In Winchester, you have to be signed in by a member. In our case the 2 djs in sign in about 20 each I think since the majority of us are singers. Today at Winchester VFW in Kernstown, right off 95 and 11 (Near end of 37) across from the DMV, turn at the auto parts store.
Karaoke 2 PM -6 or 7 pm it won't even be dark at 6 !
Children may come and sing also, A clean, large place. You can dance or sing or listen and talk ( it is not too loud for conversation ) Food available .. Beer only at bar (water & Sodas)..
If anyone wants to come who is not a member the DJs can sign you in. If you want to have a pleasant afternoon come on out. Those with the lotions etc. bring them too. LOL

This IS a VFW but it is not "Bar atmosphere".. It is bright and cheerful and a very large place. One side of the large room is all non-smoking.
Come to the side entrance, ring buzzer and ask for Linda C or Tina (She is one of the djs and she signs us in.) If I know you are coming I will watch for you.

There were the members of 3 bands having a wedding reception for one of the singers!! They all sang and it was great! Glen liked it (but I think he got tired) It was a long day. They didnt quit til 7:30 !! my haircut

There will be many more singers and everyone else come.. now it is small, cramped, SMOKEY and people R not coming, (including me)
