I had assumed that CPC had not filed a tax return for year 2008.   This assumption was based on the fact that it had not been made available on GuideStar.

I am happy to say that assumption was wrong and pleased to say that CPC did file a tax return for year 2008.  It is now in the public domain and has an IRS date stamp of 18th November 2009.
